- An Elizabeth Cornish married a Daniel Cornish in 1718 but we don't know which one (see over). There is a burial 8 Jul 1719 at Poughill of Elizabeth Cornish, wife of Daniel (ref Cornwall OPC). Whichever one had a daughter Margaret in 1718 at Poughill (ref FamilySearch).

RESEARCH NOTES:
- her “death” was also recorded in the IGI baptismal index (no doubt because she died as a young child) - seems to be the same date as her burial from other sources.

Samuel OR Saul died in Poughill, Cornwall, England, in May 1738; he was 43. Buried on 9 May 1738 in Poughill, Cornwall, England.

- Bap 15 Sep 1695 at Poughill, Cornwall (ref IGI and findmypast which have Samuel, but the Cornwall Online Parish Clerks record has Saul).
- There is an entry in LDS tape 476219, monumental inscriptions at Poughill, which is Saul CORNISH, Mercer, son of Alexander and Elizabeth Cornish of this parish, burd. May 9 1738 aged 43.
- Saul Cornish buried 9 May 1738 at Poughill (ref parish record on Family Search Record Collection for Poughill, page 114; findmypast has misreading of the date).
