HUNT FAMILY TREE

These pages document part of Claudia’s paternal family history through her HUNT line, going back as far as her 7-times-Great Grandfather Samuel HUNT (1660-1716) and his wife Mary BURROUGHS (1662-1720) who lived in New York and New Jersey states. These earliest generations have not yet been thoroughly verified.

Claudia’s paternal grandmother was Bessie Mae HUNT, born in Missouri in 1886, who married Henry Angus HENSON in 1910 in Elmwood Oklahoma and moved to Alberta, Canada. Research is ongoing.

The pages in this section are formatted as a standard genealogy Register Report, grouped by generations. Most names are listed twice, once as the children in their parents' generation, and again (with more details) in their own generation. For some there may be additional references or duplicate listings in cases of inter-family marriages.
