RESEARCH NOTES:
- From another researcher
“I don't have a baptism for Richard at the top of your tree but there is a marriage for a Henry Richardson and Damaris Teems at St Martin in the Fields, London on 4 January 1694 (so that would convert to 1695). They were both 'of Northiam'. Damaris Richardson widow was buried at Brede 20 November 1736 and there's a Henry Richardson buried 12 May 1722 who could be her husband. I would hazard a guess that Richard and Henry were brothers. Unfortunately I don't have coverage for the 1600s on my Northiam transcript.”

How does this Henry connect?

- marriage date to Ann Watts listed as both 21 Jun 1699 and 21 Sep 1699 both sources saying Guestling, Sussex
- Guestling is in East Sussex, just east of Hastings near the coast (google maps)

- Many trees on ancestry say his name was Richard Moore Richardson? - including brasheer by kmb8971 - but no sources listed other than other trees. What is the original source?
On 21 Sep 1699 when Richard was 25, he married Ann WATTS in Guestling, Sussex, England. Born abt 1678 in Of Guestling, Sussex, England. Ann died in Brede, Sussex, England, in Nov 1737; she was 59. Buried on 23 Nov 1737 in St George Church, Brede, East Sussex, England.

RESEARCH NOTES:
- baptism date of 12 Mar 1779 is obviously a typo (wrong century!). Perhaps 1668 or 1678?
- parents listed as William Watts (abt 1751) and Sarah Cannon (abt 1753), although the dates are obviously the wrong century, so don’t know if this is true or not.
- IGI christenings for Ann Watt in Sussex in 1674 +/- 20 years lists [IGI is likely NOT complete in the date range]:
