With R.H. MacDonald's clippings is the following notice:
"Rutland June 30- Edward C. Damon of Westminster and Miss Ida MacDonald of Rutland were married this noon by Rev Dr. V.H. Cooper of Boston at the home of the brides sister Mrs. Fletacher B. Cannon, Central Tree Road. Dr. Cooper was formerly superintendent of the Little Wanderers home in Boston. Mr. Damon was his assistant, and Miss macDonald was assistant matron.The bride wore cream nun's veiling, trimmed with baby Irish lace, and white satin. After the ceremony, lunch was served, and the couple left on the 3.52 o'clock train from Mischopouge for Westminster where they will live. The bride's travelling dress was brown panama cloth.
