- from Laing 2010: I knew both Ruth and Al very well having the visited thEM several times in Wellesley Mass. where she worked as a head waitress at posh hotels. He was a traveling salesman for a Chinese company and had a good product and did very well. My sister and her husband moved to Tampa Florida and Ruthie and Al followed. I visited them there several times and they had nice home within walking distance of my sister. I spent many hours visiting and playing cards with Al. They had no children but were wonderful people.
