Ninth Generation (Continued)
Family of James MORRIS (120) & Martha SMITH
175. Isaac Hurst MORRIS (James8, Anne COMPTON7, Elizabeth6, John5, John4, Tristram3, John “the Elder”2, Edward1).

From other researchers:
- In the 1851 census ... Isaac had moved to Reading and became a Shoemaker.  By the time he retired Caroline had married Charles Lord - possibly a Soldier- and I think moved to America. I can find a reference where Charles Lord arrived at Liverpool and collected Isaac Morris and both sailed back to New York.
176. Caroline Smith MORRIS (James8, Anne COMPTON7, Elizabeth6, John5, John4, Tristram3, John “the Elder”2, Edward1).

From other researchers:
- in the 1851 census Martha a widow and Caroline her daughter lived in the Longparish house (belonging to Frances Compton Morris).
Caroline Smith married Charles LORD.
