Was his name Thomas D Cone (from marriage record - perhaps D=Dick?) or Thomas Rich Cone (from death record)?
Is father Calvin (as in 1910 census) or Nathaniel P (as in death record)?
Was he still married in 1930 (death record) or divorced if his wife Alice M (Fuller) Cone remarried in 1922? Mrs. Alice M Cone of 4459 W. Haven Ave was informant on his death registration. Perhaps the decade of Alice/Mae’s second marriage was indexed incorrectly?
Birth information on death reg (4 Sep 1859) does not match 1900 census info (Aug 1854) nor other census years.
